Currently, I am trying to get my visitation order modified so that my ex will have to come here to pick up his daughter. He doesn't have a TDL, auto ins, plus he has unpaid tickets for no license and no ins. He has an open case on possession charges. He has a warrant for theft by check. He smokes cigarettes around our daughter, even in the car on the way to drop her off where we meet. She can't breathe very well when I get her back. The doc told him when she was 1 y.o. not to smoke around her. She has allergies. He doesn't pay his child support unless he's taken to court or about to go to jail. He "snitches" on people to get out of jail time for drug issues. He lies about people to get sympathy sex. He uses people. He steals. He cheats.
A couple of months ago, the DRO, Dispute Resolutions Officer, revoked his case with the OAG. When this happens, the OAG is suppose to present the case to a judge to get a warrant for his arrest. Well, the OAG was taking there sweet time, as usual, and his attorney convinced the DRO to take the case back and discontinue the warrant. Well, she did. They made some kind of a deal, but, to no surprise, he once again, just a month later, is not paying his child support. He paid what he had to to get out of the warrant because we were going to court.
When will he have to "pay" for all his wrong doings?
